When you reserve Evara Apartments Living, we collect your name, email, telephone number, dates, guest count and any note you choose to leave. We use them to manage your reservation, prevent conflicting bookings and help the host arrange your stay.

Who receives your details

The Evara host receives your reservation and contact information. Netlify hosts this website, Neon stores the reservation database, and Resend delivers reservation emails. These providers may process data outside Kenya. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. No card or wallet details are requested on this website.

How long we keep it

Delivery records in our email queue are deleted after 90 days. We remove names, email addresses, phone numbers and notes from completed stays after 24 months. We keep the remaining booking record for accounting and legal purposes as required by applicable law. You can ask us about a specific record at any time.

Contact & requests

Contact raumgroup.io@gmail.com to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We will review your request and explain if any record must be kept for a legal obligation.

Cookies

The public reservation journey does not use advertising cookies. A secure session cookie is used for host sign-in. Operational request counters help protect the service against abuse.
